Relationship Building: "Being in the Chicago headquarters office, there has been ample opportunity to interact with my local colleagues as well as with Partners and Consultants from other regions as they come through for meetings and other events. We also get to know each other outside of work, in such settings as happy hours, golf and boat outings, or band performances. All of these avenues provide great ways to meet with, work with and get to know people you may not have had the opportunity to work with directly.
Provides assistance to the supervising physician and/or PA providing orthopedic care to patients in a health clinic.
Duties include general nursing duties in the office setting, as well as clerical duties.
Requires high school diploma or GED
Prefer experience in suture removal, cast removal, assisting in cast application; limited scope x-ray, documenting vitals, stock rooms, calling patients with Lab/Radiology results, and the ability to check and dress wounds.
Beyond building relationships professionally and personally within the firm, I also have been able to work directly with clients. Client exposure is constant at Our Company. We are often visiting clients at their offices or inviting executives to our offices. For example, within my first few weeks on the job I had to help facilitate a client’s Senior Leadership Team meeting. And my first large engagement involved interviewing over 40 executives, facilitating weekly meetings and working sessions, and helping the project team prepare client deliverables. As I work more and more with a variety of colleagues and clients, I can feel myself grow personally and professionally."
